Profile: Business Development Executive Department: Sales Location: Andheri East, near Western Express Highway metro station, Off Andheri Kurla Road, Mumbai Experience: 2-4 years in lead generation and business development, preferably in a B2B and/or Pharma setting.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads through proactive cold calling and establish strong relationships with potential clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, presenting our products/services, and ultimately closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Generation:
• Conduct proactive cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Utilize various channels, databases, and tools to source new prospects.
• Develop a deep understanding of the target market to identify potential clients
2.Client Engagement:
• Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.
• Present company products/services effectively, highlighting value propositions.
• Build and nurture relationships through follow-up communications.
• Acquire new clients for business development activities through mailers, cold calling and via LinkedIn- Social Media.
3.Sales Pipeline Management:
• Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
• Track and report on sales activities and progress regularly.
• Ensure a healthy and qualified sales pipeline of new leads, client updates, and closures.
4.Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and strategies.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of leads to the sales pipeline.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-4 years in business development and lead generation, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with decision-makers and articulate value propositions.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Skills:
