Designation: Raw Materials Manager
Experience: 12-15 years
Qualification: BCOM/MCOM/MBA
Location: Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• RM Planning and Organizing Skills (good command over follow up mechanism)
• Process oriented-ness in maintaining and sustaining new continual process improvements.
• Handling the team effectively to ensure good operational control (purchase linked)
• Effective Buying (good negotiations) to clock savings.
• Policy and Operations.
• Perform cost analysis and set up appropriate benchmark.
• Ensure swift flow in Procure to pay cycle.
• Alternate Vendor development of Raw Materials.
• Robust Category Management QCR, Inventory Management, Quality complaints resolve.
• Thorough knowledge of Pre and Post shipment process and its effective control.
• Good Ability in day-to-day Negotiations.
• Lab procurement, Handling toll Manufacturing activities.
• People Building.
• Coaching and mentoring to next in line.
• Developing strong dynamic CBs to handle.
