Designation: Solvent Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 15-20 years
Location: Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai

Core Focus and Deliverables:

Operational Geographical Area: Paint & Coating Industries on pan India level.

Operational Policy:

• Daily follow up with existing customer accounts for their orders and payments while catering to customers in the Paint & Coating Industries, Fine & Specialty Chemicals and several other industries.
• Regular visits to customers for maintaining business relationship.
• Giving prompt quotations to customers when they request an offer and attending immediately to any customer enquiry.
• Actively participate to formulate and implement various strategies to deliver objectives. Accountable for business planning that consists of sales forecasting, providing annual projections of each product at each customer account and pricing recommendations.
• Establish and maintain excellent working relations with other team members, colleagues in various associated departments such as Logistics, Accounts, Quality and Technical team, etc.
• Getting new product requirement from existing customers and generate new leads for more business.
• Completing Approval processes for new product and customer development.
• Ensure compliance to internal reporting requirement including daily/weekly discussion with seniors updating them of market information, customer queries, sales and payment status etc.
• Comply with all the policies and Code of Conduct at the company.

Role of Exhibitions: Require attending domestic exhibition whenever required and submit the conference meeting report within 7 working days for domestic customer. Will also make arrangements and preparations for Booth required for Exhibition with the help of Marketing coordinator & Manager.

Customer visits: If any customer is visiting factory, visit then inform factory team and coordinate for necessary arrangement. Regular Visits are required to all customers and their comments should be reported on weekly basis.

Customer delight and competitiveness requires exceeding expectations and making a lasting impression with all customers. They have to increase sales and improve brand reputation among current and potential customers which will help to keep customers loyal and they will keep coming back. Customer delight extends beyond customer satisfaction. Being BD team customer service and customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
