Job Brief:

As an International Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's international sales efforts in the Personal Care and Pharmaceutical sectors. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of the global market dynamics within the specified industries.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the international Personal Care and Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.

2.Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans that align with the company's objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the international sales team, including the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.

3.Customer Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

4.Order Processing and Logistics:

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment, and delivery.
• Work closely with logistics partners to optimize shipping and distribution processes.

5.Contract Negotiation:

• Assist in negotiating and finalizing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

6.Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Keep the international sales team informed about market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in international sales coordination, preferably in the Personal Care and Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong understanding of global market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
