WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Designation: IT Executive
Experience: 2-3 years
Qualification: BCOM/MBA/IT Diploma
Location: Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking the IT asset inventory, quotations for various requirements and keeping track of pending bills and payments.
• Able to support in trouble - shooting network related issues in the data center.
• Able to Escalate & co-ordinate with vendor/ service providers.
• Monitoring the vendor for SLA tracking.
• Expertise in relevant Operating systems.
• Versatility on Mail Messaging System and antivirus.
• Aptitude for mentoring, coaching and training.
• Works under immediate supervision and usually reports to a project leader or manager.
• Performs quality control evaluations, writes and establishes specifications, assists in the validation of quality control tests and writes Standard Operating Procedures.
• Train users in new and existing IT system
• Provide assistance with technical issues
• Produce reports
