WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Designation: Business Development Manager - Lubricant & Mining Sector
Location: Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 10-15 years
Qualification: BE Chemical

Job Description:

• Heading Specialty Chemicals business (YP & Acetone based niche derivatives) and CDMO for Mining, Agrochemical & Lubricant industries.
• Growing business - locally and internationally with long term strategic plans.
• Devising innovation funnel with synergy in either chemistry capabilities or backward/forward integration of existing intermediates/WIP’s produced in-house.
• Leading the technical team and ensuring targeted yields, consumption norms, solvent recovery are achieved at the toller.
• Proven capabilities in project identification & preparing project cases through detailed business analysis with future (5-10 years down the line) business prospects.
• Evaluating & finalizing contracts with manufacturing partners based on their chemistry expertise, manufacturing excellence, R&D and Waste management capabilities, etc.
• Developing strategic business verticals with a key focus on Agrochemicals, Mining & Lubricants.
Evaluating potential candidates for M&As for inorganic growth.
