THIS JOB POSTING IS FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS IN THE PHARMA AND CHEMICALS SECTOR SINCE MORE THAN 50 YEARS

Job Brief:

As a Telesales Representative in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, your primary responsibility is to engage potential customers over the phone, provide information about the company's products or services, and address customer inquiries. You will play a crucial role in building positive relationships with customers and gathering valuable feedback. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
• Provide detailed information about the company's products or services.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition to generate interest.

2. Product Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and chemical products or services offered by the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
• Record and maintain detailed notes in the customer database.

4. Sales Pitch and Closing:

• Deliver informative presentations tailored to the needs of potential customers.
• Gather feedback and insights to improve product/service offerings.

5. Follow-up:

• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
• Provide post-sales support and gather feedback on customer satisfaction.

6. Documentation:

• Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information in the Excel for follow- up and future reference.

7. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and chemical industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an added benefit.
• Education: Graduate in any stream. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be advantageous.
