WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Qualification: BE Chemical
Experience: 20+ years
Location: Mahad, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

• To recommend plant layout for meeting current and future requirements.
• To evaluate product lines for production to optimize production capacity.
• To produce product mix as per the market demand
• To ensure safe working conditions at the works.
• To ensure the availability of competent manpower for running various operations at the works.
• To organize induction and training of manpower at the works.
• To ensure confidentiality of the operations at the works.
• To ensure conservation of energy as an input.
• To co-ordinate with materials function regarding the availability of raw materials for production.
• To define norms for yields, manpower productivity energy consumption machine uptime etc.
• To obtain technically best yields of materials and productivity norms.
• To institute grievance handling systems to redress grievances of employees.
• To co-ordinate interdepartmental issues effecting the performance of the works.
• To organise financial, human and technical resources at the works.
• To institute systems for giving feedback on performance for developing accountability for jobs done.
• To interact with external agencies for resource planning of the organization.
• To be responsible for contribution to cost effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
• To develop performance objectives for manpower at the works and give periodic feedback.
• To provide recognition to high performing manpower at the works.
• To obtain help of central services like quality control R&D and personnel to improve performance at the works.
• To remain continuously updated on the developments in organic chemical manufacturing industry
• To liaise with statutory authorities regarding functioning of the factories.
• To ensure compliance of statutory requirements applicable to the works.
• To seek technical solutions for improving quality of products combined with reducing working capital
• To install safety systems and ensure Safety training of employees.
