WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Designation: Boiler Operation Engineer
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Qualification: Diploma/BE Mechanical + BOE (Mandatory)

Job Description:

• Safe & efficient operation and maintenance of Cogeneration plant with minimum down time.
• Regular monitoring of various operational parameters.
• Conducting regular observation on boilers & auxiliary units to identify any inconsistencies.
• Handling the emergency situations of operation & resolving them confidently such as tripping, blackout condition, operation, abnormalities etc.
• Safe Hot & cold start-up & Stop of boiler, Turbine rolling, synchronizing etc.
• Operation of Boiler & Turbine through DCS system & electrical panel board.
• Checking shift logbooks, reports, conducting scheduled PM’s, checklist.
• Maintaining daily & monthly MIS sheets, Reports, Consumptions sheets.
• Preparing & following SOP for various equipment.
• Communication with process plant In charge, plant electrical In charge regarding to steam & power supplying without any interruption as per requirements.
