WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Designation: Process Engineer
Reporting To: Manager
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra
Qualification: BTech / BE Chemical

Key Responsibilities:

• Pumps Calculation
• Line & Valve sizing calculation
• To control & handle the manpower related to production activity
• Managing & maintaining complete documentation
• Knowledge about types of valves & applications
• Carry out HAZOP of new PID’s, implementation of HAZOP recommendation
• To coordinate with the R&D & QC team in order to find critical process parameters
• Unit operation & unit process handling
• Calculation mass balance & energy balance to draft the view of utility costing
• Involvement in brown field projects
• Coordination with functional heads to seek their support & involvement
• Identifying opportunities for cost reduction & capacity enhancement
