Job Description

WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Designation: Sr. Draughtsman - Projects
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Diploma in piping/ Diploma in Mechanical, Piping Draughtsman
Experience: 8-10 years
Technical Qualifications: AutoCAD, 3D modeling, knowledge of P&IDs, ISOs
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of process P&IDs, PFD & BFD in AutoCAD.
• Modeling of equipment, piping routing.
• Isometric drawing preparation and checking, piping support, layout.
• Vendor drawing checking and nozzle orientation.
• Primarily as a Piping designer on projects for various environments for Onshore Oil and Gas projects.

Key Areas of Expertise:

• 3D Modeling & Extraction using PDMS:
• Equipment modeling, Piping routing, Suction and discharge piping, Heat exchanger piping, Utility Lines and Special Pipe supports.
• Familiar with Piping Engineering aspects of Plant Engineering and process Engineering knowledge of generation of piping documents like, Piping MTO’s, Piping material specification, Line list and Isometrics.
• Study piping and equipment layouts development and plot plan development.
