Purpose of the position/role:
As a Mid-Senior Enterprise Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new enterprise-level customers for our organization. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads: Proactively identify and engage with potential enterprise customers through various channels such as cold calling, e-mail campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Conduct thorough market research: Understand the target market and industry trends to effectively position our products and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective customer organizations.
• Conduct needs analysis: Understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives to effectively present our products and solutions as value-added propositions.
• Present and demonstrate solutions: Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products, addressing customer needs and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals: Work collaboratively with internal teams to negotiate contract terms and secure signed agreements with customers.
• Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue objectives.
• Provide post-sales support: Collaborate with customer success and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously educate yourself on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records: Utilize CRM systems/available system to track customer interactions, update sales pipeline, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Skills, Experience, and Educational Qualification:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
• Proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently.
• Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, customer buying cycles, and solution selling methodologies. Candidates having experience selling to realty sector, retail sector, and/or hospitality sector will be preferred.
• Relationship building: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.
• Communication skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivation: Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects simultaneously, and prioritize activities effectively.
• Results-oriented: Strong drive for results, self-discipline, and determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Technical aptitude: Familiarity with software or technology products, ability to grasp technical concepts, and effectively communicate them to customers.
• CRM proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
• MBA: A Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
