Job Description

WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Designation: Factory HR Manager
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree in HR is a plus.
Location: Mahad, Maharashtra
Experience: 10 - 15 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
• Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
• Manage and mentor HR staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues..
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualification and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring HR staff.
• Proficient in HRMS and other HR software applications.
