Job Description

WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Designation: Customer Support - Sr. Executive
Qualification: BCOM (Preferred)
Location: Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 4-5 years

Skills:

• Expertise in exports & SAP
• Knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management)
• Knowledge of MIS
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills

Functional Deliverables:

• Knowledge of the Chemical/Pharma industry
• Knowledge of documentation in International Business
• Inter-department co-ordination and customer co-ordination
• Good knowledge of ERP
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in Export Customer Service
