WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.

Designation: Senior Manager (Utility)
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 15+ years (5 years as HOD)
Reporting to: Site Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-charge of Operations & Management of all Plant utilities like air, raw water, cooling water, process water (DM Water), chilled water, chilled brine, N2, Thermic Fluid Systems etc.
2. Preventive and predictive maintenance of all associated machinery.
3. Optimization & continuity of all auxiliary services.
4. Ensure and attend leakages, insulation issues / losses etc.
5. Suggest, analyze & implement energy and cost saving proposals.
6. Associated routine activities such as Utility health & performance monitoring.
7. Operations & Management of process boilers during annual shutdown of Cogen plant.
8. Remedial proposals for minimizing breakdowns.
9. Execute all capital jobs.
10. Active support during Cogen plant annual shutdown.
11. Manpower Planning.
12. Handle various developmental activities in the plant.
